Tax-ready books and 1099s, handed to your CPA on time.
We close your year, prepare a clean package for your CPA, and prepare and e-file your contractors’ 1099s through QuickBooks, so tax season is a formality.
We don’t prepare income tax returns: your CPA does. We make their job fast. $30 an hour.
What tax-ready means
Your CPA prepares your tax return. We make sure the books they work from are complete and correct.
No.What owners deal withWhat you get
01
Your CPA sends questions for weeks. Missing details slow down your return and raise the bill.
A year-end close with adjustments, and a CPA-ready package: trial balance, reconciliations, fixed assets and 1099 summary.
02
January 1099 scramble. Contractors who need a Form 1099-NEC have to get one, and missing W-9s hold it up.
W-9s collected through the year, and 1099s prepared and e-filed through QuickBooks.
03
Sales tax is a mystery. Online sales can create obligations in other states.
Sales tax liability tracked by state, for you and your sales tax provider.
04
Books and return don’t agree. Numbers change between the books and the filed return.
Coordination with your CPA, so adjustments land in the books too.
05
You don’t have a CPA yet. Finding one in tax season is hard.

Straight answers
- Do you file my taxes?
- We don’t prepare or file income tax returns, because we aren’t a US CPA firm. Your CPA does that, using the clean books and year-end package we prepare.
- Can you file my 1099s?
- Yes. We prepare and e-file your contractors’ 1099s through QuickBooks, and collect W-9s through the year so January is easy.
- Do you work with LLCs, S corps and C corps?
- Yes. We keep books for LLCs, S corporations, C corporations and sole proprietors. Your CPA advises on structure.
- Can you work with my current CPA?
- Yes. We agree what they need from us and when, and we deliver it.
